About once a month, on Saturday evenings, I see an EMORMOUS car show that fills the Birdville ISD football stadium parking lot. A couple hundred cars easy, mostly american muscle but there's really a little bit of everything.

Anyone know who puts this show on?

Last Saturday, there was a Red 430 mixed in with all the american muscle.

About a month ago on a Saturday afternoon I drove by there in the blue 348, it was packed full of custom motorcycles & some muscle cars. It was the old Haltom City High school parking lot if I remember correctly.

The Christian Classic Cruisers meet once a month during the summer. They held their meets at the old Northwest Mall parking lot before the mall closed and was demolished. Now they meet at the Birdville ISD stadium at the corner of Precinct and Mid-Cities. I have been a couple of times and they have a pretty good selection of cars to view. Of course I look for the older muscle cars and hot rods and race cars.

I have seen a few GM rebodies attempting to look like a Ferrari but you could really tell they were wannabes. I have seen a couple of real Ferraris, 328 and 348.

They actually have a special section for ricers.......I avoided that area like the plague.....

    What Would Jesus Drive?

My guess is a six four impala.

Based on what I've seen, Jesus arrives in a landscaping truck.

He drove a Honda. It says in the book of ACTS when speaking about the disciples "They were all in one Accord".
