    My Quattroporte is only 3 months old and already has 2 door dings. The second one just happened some time yesterday and it's huge like someone just swung their door open into it. At least the paint is not chipped. I see some recommendations for Diablo Dents but they are in Pleasanton. Anyone know a good dent repair person in San Jose? Someone mobile would be even better.

    Anyone know who FMoSV uses?

    theres a place in fremont off stevenson that do collision repair on ferraris and lambos and stuff, they might be able to help you out...i know its not in sj, but its somewhat close to there.
    if you want more info on them, i can give you more..

    I was thinking more of those paintless dent removal guys that go underneath the dent and massage it out.

    Hey Vik,

    I had two dings in my RX-7 (one was a really deep one) and one on my 911, not as deep, but still bad.

    I had Doug Carpenter (Ding's Plus) do the work and it's amazing how great it came out. The RX-7 door is now perfect as is the 911 door.

    He also works on Ferraris... as he's used to working with aluminum.

    Campbell Auto Restoration uses Steve Kubota of DuraBlend. I've used him on my CA Spyder, various Daytonas, etc. with excellent results. Highly recommended. (408) 605-0095.

    I 2nd that. Steve is very good. He has done alot of work for me when I worked at other shops. And now does stuff for us at our dealership once and awhile.

    Any follow-ups to this thread? I recently got a ding on the hood of my BMW :( stupid umbrella fell off the shelf and the handle landed on the hood.

    I can vouch for Almaden Collision. Jonathan is a friend of mine. Owns a modded 355 that just sits in his garage along with his 5 other cars at his house.
