Aesthetically stunning, better to look at than to drive. Try one on for size first--sit in it and drive it a bit.
Awesome cars. I'm almost embarrassed at the number that I passed on, years ago, all under 40k. Bill Collins Ford in Louisville Ky has a red one sitting in the back warehouse, saw it a couple years ago. Not something on display. They do sell cars out of their collection from time to time. If they want to sell it let me know & I can go over there or meet you. Luckily I did get pushbutton & still have it, but yeah a Mangusta would be great. Image Unavailable, Please Login
I believe Beverly Hills Car Club has two right now... https://www.beverlyhillscarclub.com/1969-detomaso-mangusta-c-11280.htm https://www.beverlyhillscarclub.com/1970-detomaso-mangusta-c-17045.htm
2 headlight cars always look somewhat forlorn. I guess that’s because they know they will never be as awesome as the 4 light Geese!
The green one doesn't look too bad in the pics. AC belt is missing though, so expect that there is at least some work to do...
These are pretty much as old as your 330. They all have needs. And the Mangusta is similarly delicate to an old Ferrari. Might be better off with a good Pantera instead...
I get it. I would have a Mangusta as well...in different times. But they are likely more fun to look at in your toy garage than to actually drive around. The Pantera, on the other hand, is easy to live with and fun to drive...
Tell you what...I will swap you my 550, my Pantera and your choice of a manual shift DB9 convert or a nice Superformance Cobra for the 330...
