Have a ‘72 coupe and a 72 246 GTS, with Dinoplex ignition. Has anyone successfully swapped the MSD internals for the Dinoplex electronics to retain the stock appearance? How to achieve the best results?
    Thank you, Chuck

I’ve seen and helped finalize Pertronix conversations to Daytonas by bypassing 103 Dinoplexes and wiring everything to OEM appearance.
Currently in the middle of a job removing an older MSD system and converting/returning the ignition back to OEM points system. Did a similar (reverse conversion ?) job last year by deleting/removing an older (failing) PermaTune system in favor of OEM points setup.

Did you have any joy swapping the MSD into your dinoplex? If it's any help to you or anyone else in the future, these Dinoplex boxes come with modern internals as well. https://www.exoticautospares.com/inventory/ferrari-246-daytona-dinoplex-ignition-module/
