That dog was posted by another list member; can't remember who. But I have adopted his jpeg image and dubbed him "Mad Dog" and consider him an F-Chat regular. (along with Bat Boy and the Rowdy Polar Bear.)
This is Luke. I am here to tell you that I left home without the Force. I think this should explain the wheels. In reality, this is not my car. I am helping my mechanic sell it, item 2457379178 on e-bay. (I did post it on ferrariads, like a good boy). I was allowed to drive it back from the photo shoot, so there is the danger that I will get it myself (slight, but real, as with any Ferrari tease).
Yeah, no kidding. Those freaking masters of the donut automaticly profile sports cars on sight. That is one beautiful Testarossa, the black wheels accent may not appeal to most enthusiasts here, but I like how it give it a new look.. 'mean looking' and all! - Gabe
Black wheels look great on the TR -- good work! But I have to say -- never been a fan of black wheels on a yellow car. Ick... But then again, maybe that's because of where I live.... Image Unavailable, Please Login
Man that was my mad dog he posted a picture of...Your right though, he is a bit...insane Not to mention nearly 20 pounds over weight!
LOL noah. That's funny. But even if there was a Lambo taxi, it still couldn't go very fast in NY traffic, and were do you put the luggage. It needs a rack on the roof. Some checkers would help too. Hahahaaa.
Like others have said....the center caps look odd on there with the rest of the wheel black. Those wheels are very nice from the factory, and just do not really look right with the 'police cruiser' look.
I think the wheels look good black, but you have to paint those center caps. I really don't like the stock tr wheels, I think they make the car look dated. Aftermarket wheels on a tr are a big improvement imo.
Doesn't look good, just my opinion. But you could paint "D.A.R.E." in red letters all over the car. That's what the police do when the seize a drug dealers flashy ride. Then the cops drive it around to show off their new toy. The cops here in Bridgeport, CT have a 1st generation RX-7 with all the DARE logos on it.
sorry, like senna, i like stock or some nice modular wheels in regular aluminum. also, isn't there a retrofit possible to get rid of the high mirror? otherwise, black is definetely the best color for a testarossa, hides the lower black spoilers and makes it look lower altogether.
