Pled guilty and will be sentenced tomorrow.

 

His sentencing is on the 13th

 

Yup, sentencing is today. My employer is one of the people he scammed. He flew to Florida to attend the sentencing in person. Pulled up to the courthouse in his SF90 Stradale.

 

I was there as well, saw your boss meant to introduce myself. It was a wild day in court.

 

I can't wait to hear a summary. We did business with Dan on a couple of cars, and (thankfully) all went smoothly. The issue with my boss was a very unfortunate coincidence on a different car.

I'm extremely interested. Dan blew up my IG inbox for about five months, just bragging about the cars he owned. He tried to get our dealership to buy probably 20 cars that I'm very glad we didn't end up buying in hindsight.

Is it just me, or does that sentence seem light?

 

in his plea agreement they dropped three of the four charges, so he is serving a sentence on just one. Also keep in mind he will be paying restitution and he already served eight months since his arrest.

 

The sentence I’m interested in is the one that comes from screwing someone that’s stayed off the radar and will find justice in a different setting at a later date.

 

The people he ****ed who didn’t come forward are the ones he’s going to be looking over his shoulder for, for a longgggg time.
