Been corresponding with the above re a problem I have with my i-phone 6s Bluetooth connection in my Cali. The correspondence has been going on for three months and I have got nowhere. They are now ignoring me. Is there an e-mail address for complaints that goes directly to Ferrari Head office?

Might they be not ignoring you but on vacation - Italy shuts for August - you could maybe also have another try here in the California section - someone else must have a 6 - also did you run out of options at FNA ?

Thanks for the response. Ironically I got a reply from Customerservice (?!) today, but no solution.............they simply referred me back to my local dealer!

I posted ages back in the Cali section and no one responded.

I have a 2012 Cali and my i-phone 6s will not link with the infotainment system. I other words I cant make/receive Bluetooth calls. I have been advised locally ( Dubai) that there is no solution other than to 'upgrade' the infotainment system ..................which will cost over $5k?!

With all the i-phones out there I cant believe they cant solve the problem another way?

Thank Apple for not making them backwards comparable. They are the problem not Ferrari.

    Good luck :)

    Just a thought:

Who makes the radio? Try to find their tech line. Ferrari makes a fantastic car, and bluetooth while technologically is within grasp, is not a priority. Another thought is reach out to dealers where they sell lots of cars. Someone may have figured out what's not in the owners manual. And of course, stay on F-Chat looking for solutions. But in the mean time (i.m.h.o.), put the top down, and seek out a great road.

    Best!

I had a similar problem in a BMW. Make sure your phone's 'name' doesn't have anything other than letters in it. No spaces, apostrophes or numbers. It seems simple, but solved it for me.

Is it under warranty? If yes, then they can replace it or repair it.

If no. The you can always try beckerautosound.com. Becker/harmann is the maker of the radio. They might give you some heads up on the issue. It could be as simple as send it to them and they upgrade the software to make it compatible with the latest bluetooth. If not that then the bluetooth module might be suspect.
