video link to the Radenso built in radar and laser jammer in the 430. Cant say enough about this system, I have it in Rover, 911 and now Ferrari. 5 yr ticket guarantee. Showtime Audio in Chicago does a custom install to make the system totally stealth. For those of us that drive slightly over the speed limit, this is a win. Laser jammer prevents the gun from reading your speed while alerting you to slow down.

From what i read the police know if you have one fitted as it comes up as interference, instead of them getting a speed reading, they will stop you on that, then you are in more trouble than a speeding fine.

it does register as an interference on police equipment

I think it's easier to lift the right foot rather than have a felony violation at least here in Calif!

There is no doubt that these guys are very skilled and clever.

The results in some areas are too risky

It is a beautiful and well thought out installation, but I still would not want them on my vehicle as a parking sensor addition!

Those folks are very talented for sure.

It's OK in Illinois apparently and Nevada I believe, but not for me.

I give them allot of credit for attention to detail. I would not be happy covering part of the tach...just my OP.

only option to put it in cluster, with a spider, the glare washes out the display when put in the rearview mirror. Everything is reversible

"Stick to the speed limits and you don't need it-"

this is a common sense response

Cheaper all around to stay w/in the limits - no fines no expense for radar detection

My recent purchase (08 F430) came with a K40 radar/laser diffuser system installed. I do like it and they're legal to own in my state, Washington.
Plus, it has a GPS feature that remembers locations of false alarms and stays quiet once the location is marked on the remote. Cost around $4k installed I was told.

$4K is a very high price to pay for a ticket!!!

This is why I think it's easier to lift the right foot.

My car came with it, a prior owner installed it. I agree, one must pick their times for a "Ferrari tune up".

as long as you did not host the $4K cost you are ahead of the game
