MCP has 10261560 as the 18x22x1.5:

    https://www.ferrariparts.co.uk/part/ferrari/10261560?id=28254

18x24x1.5 is also a standard size (but don't know if it has an official F part number -- it can probably be used anywhere the 18x22x1.5 can be used so can see how a parts dept might label both as being 10261560).

If you are going to use this washer on a drain plug, the larger OD is preferred. 1.5 mm is a nominal thickness. That 0.1 mm difference in your measurement is not significant.

I'm going to disagree with this a little bit. Will probably almost always work OK, but (ideally) you want all of the copper washer to be compressed evenly -- i.e., having some of the copper washer extend out beyond the flats of the hex head of the drain plug (or beyond the raised circular area on the underside of the drain plug head) isn't the best. Also, squishing a larger area of copper reduces the clamping pressure for a given clamping load. JMO, but there's more than one way to skin a cat ;).

I agree that it's best to have the washer not extend beyond the diameter of the drain plug. Since the OP didn't specify where the washer is being used, I felt that the OP should use the largest washer that is still within the diameter of the drain plug. The same is true if the washer is being used for a banjo fitting.

    The standar
The standard Ferrari oil drain plug seal for many years was 10261860 and was 22 x 1.4 x 27. Ferrari changed the design on the 348 using a helicoil as standard and the opening had a slight counterbore to it. The 27 OD washer would squish down into the counterbore causing a leak. Everyone switched to a 22 x 1.4 x 29 to prevent that. 29 was slightly larger than the plug head. 10257060 is both a block drain and an oil drain on many models and the OD is larger that the bearing surface of the plug. So is 10280060, another block drain. All perform flawlessly. While in theory you are correct, the very narrow surface area of many of the plugs combined with the shape of the threaded hole dictate we use a seal with a larger OD.

That I can more agree with ;). That 18x22 size has very unusual proportions IMO -- almost more like a copper o-ring than a washer. The banjo bolt that it uses has a smallish 22mm hex head (for a 18mm thread size):

so that 18x24 substitute would hang out some (but probably still work OKish).
