Against the advice of friends, I drove to Eureka Springs last Thursday. The weather was fantastic when we left KC! Friday we worked on the new rally we have planned for Saturday, every year I am impressed with the roads we find for our tours, this year is no exception, just simply amazing roads! The weather was perfect for Friday, Doug Crews and his son Derek went with me in thier Z06, I was in the 550, I had Corey West, AMA Superbike team racer as my co-pilot. Friday was a lot of fun, after the Rally drive we went to the "castle" to discuss the Saturday evening party for Crescent. The weather forcast for Saturday was rain turning to snow, I knew that when we left Kansas City on Thursday, but it was 70 degrees when we left so I did not believe it... It was not supposed to snow in KC until 3:00 PM on Saturday, well it started to sleet and snow at 3:00 AM! Well.... I should have listened! Image Unavailable, Please Login
Someone stole my Cottage Suite! I am now in the Penthouse Suite in the main hotel. I hope you guys don't mind a live band in my room until late.
Looks like Im going to have to pass this year bye because of funds. So I will try again next year because all I have heard is its the best time you will ever have and I believe it.
In order to guarantee the best possible experience at Crescent Classic, we are bringing our Team Support Vehicle for any issues that come up on the Rally.... Image Unavailable, Please Login
Hello Chris, Hey Rob, I hope all is well with your families. And my apologies for being gone so long. At any rate, The Crescent looks great Chris, I can't believe how far you have come with this event. And I'm feeling well enough now that I would love to drive this year, unfortunately I don't think I will have a car ready by then. But I would still like to come see everybody. And also make available my Merc Sprinter for additional support. Or I could shoot some cool HD video of the event for you. All the Best! Dave
Glad some of our shots are being shown on here and the Crescent site! We really hope everything works out so we can go and get some amazing shots for you guys!
If I can get it tagged for the street I will be driving this at the Crescent... Brian Image Unavailable, Please Login
Yes, an RSR. It ran Daytona 24 hours, Sebring, Watkin Glen....several other races back in the 70's and early 80's. Brian
That is so cool and I don't like Porsches, well, except coledoggy's too. Chris has welcomed my 355 C for the local drives, I heard we know the authorities. My only concern would be clearance and I would wear a helmet because of the cage.
You have to come this year....just ship your CS or GT3 to my new building, fly into Wichita (I will pick you up) and convoy over with us. Brian
Todd, You could also have you car shipped to Joplin. I thinks there will be a couple shipped here and there is space. You could fly into SGF. We are only about 45 minutes away.
how about killing the stupid club music on the website so a guy could actually look at it at the office?
