    Dear FChatters,

Can anyone recommend a collector car storage place in or near Palm Beach please? I think it's time for a few cars to head south.

    Any suggestions much appreciated.

For year round or seasonal? Looking to buy or lease? For how many vehicles? Nothing cheap left from the research I've done since summer.

Was thinking 1 or 2 cars, lease, mostly seasonal. Was guessing there would some sort of car club garage around there like the Collector Car Garage in New York.

I am also looking to store about 5 exotics. Any leads on an A/C facility in West Palm up to Jupiter? Might do a purchase also.

There is a place that does exactly that in the palm beach area .. I remember they offered a/c storage battery maintenance and detailing now if I could remember their name .. it seems it cost about 600 per month per car.. .. if I find it I will post ..

Update try palm beach prestige auto storage 561-832-7800 no affiliation but I had talked to them sometime ago but made other arrangements.

I think for a couple of cars use a storage facility where you pay by car. In the Palm Beach area I use Palm Beach Garage and they are great. If you are going to have a larger collection then options are your own warehouse or a car condo type of place

I think car condos are fun but expensive and being on your own is kind of a pain and you need to set up your own security etc.
Also to get something you are happy with you will probably want to build.

I have friends who are at this one. This one is sold out but I think they are building more. I think resale is good until it’s not and I think big commissions to the house when you sell.

Also, look into K2 Motorsport in Jupiter.
My business is located in the Toy Vault, but it's in pompano beach.
That's too far south for you, most likely.

I stored an exotic at Palm Beach Garage 6 months/year for the past 3 years. About $380/month including tax. However, they are closed on weekends and it is not the type of storage where you can just pick up your car when you want, take it for a ride and then return it to storage. It is designed more for seasonal or long term storage. That being said, they have a great service department and perform work, including factory authorized warranty work, on most exotics.

Your comments sound fair, I only use them for seasonal storage and they do drop off and collection from the airport, so don’t have any experience of taking a car out for a drive and retuning it.
