You mean your manual V12 beast? I think that if you park it outside your local yoga studio and 4 out of 10 Highlands Ranch housewives say, "Nice BMW" then there's no way it's an exotic.

As a point of interest, I had numerous people ask me why my Ferrari/Lamborghini/Bugatti/McLaren had BMW badges on it. I even had BMW M3 owners fight with me about what the car was. When I told them it's a BMW M1, they kept correcting me saying that "it's a 1M and that's not what that is."

Got to love the "experts" who don't claim to bleed M Division yet can't even recognize the first ever M car when they see it.

Anyways, only one person on the street actually said, "Wow, you have an actual M1."

 

What is exotic about a BMW other than the M1 and Z8? Had an BMW E30 M3 for 18 months, got bored with it replaced with a Honda (NSX) for 6 years and loved it, still have another Honda (S2000) for the last 10 years and love it, nothing wrong with BMWs, but nothing wrong with Hondas or Toyotas either. I daily drive a Toyota FJ and have a Ferrari as well, what is the problem with any of these cars, I don't get the badge snobbery.

It's not "badge snobbery" hahaha omg what a term.... i guess i offended some people.

It's the fact i'm sick of seeing people sand through their paint to watch there hood rust.

I meant i would like to meet some higher end cars/people/projects and not inexpensive hondas or toyotas etc, i could care less about the mark i just don't see that many cars that spark my interest like Ferrari, Lamborghini, Pagani etc.

I'll post a picture of my car but everyone will already know it. Also there are many many rare and exotic BMW's other then a M1 and Z8 .....

My car is a full carbon widebody with a BMW Motorsport cage, among many other rare parts. Aston is my brothers...

It's the 3rd Saturday of the month, so should be a good turnout hopefully.
