Hello, Is there anyone in the Brentwood/ Discovery Bay area who would like to meet for coffee every saturday morning from 9:00am-11:00am??????? Tony Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
I am in. Panama Bay coffee shop Brentwood. 680 south to 580 east off Vasco road north about 20 miles to Balfour (stop light) go left and go right into second driveway. Albertsons shopping center. See you there!!!
F-cars parked in front of Panama Coffee shop. Double shots expresso with three raw sugars over ice LOL............
I am in!! Perhaps we could discuss rotating it between "Sandy Cove" shopping center in Discovery Bay now and thenl??? There is a Starbucks (big surprise) here and a great outdoor seating and parking area. On Saturdays the area sees a lot of action. You know, kind of like our own little "crystal cove"...just a thought. Anyway I will be there on Saturday. Tony, Sal, Greg...you guys are the best. Thanks for the invite. Fyrrari!

Greg, you should try comming out via Highland Road. It is an amazing drive through the backroads. And the best part is that it connects at Blackhawk on your end of the hill, and dumps out on to the entrance on Vasco on this side. I drive it all the time and it is a blast... Let me know if you need step by step directions. Fyrrari
David, I'm in and bringing my bride, too. What are the directions for the route you mentioned? I know where Highland road is, but what's the deal from there? You'll finally get to see my beauty. See ya.
Greg, I sent you an e-mail with the map attached, but in case you don't get it in time, and for any others that may want to take a sprited ride on the backroads... From the South part of Blackhawk (which I think is Camino Tassajara) get onto Highland Rd. Follow Highland out to MANNING Rd. Turn LEFT onto Manning. Follow that out until you hit RAYMOND turn LEFT onto Ramond and then take a LEFT onto DALTON. Dalton will lead you through a small residential area (maybe 3 or 3 blocks) and then it will intersect with Vasco Rd. At that point you make a left onto Vasco and proceed all the way into Brentwood-It actually turns into Walnut avenue at somepoint. From there I think the rest of the way was posted earlier. We will see you out there! Enjoy the ride... Fyrrari
David, I did not get the e-mail! Strange. Thanks for the directions. I know Highland as I used to go that way to get to SRVFD station 37 up the hill in Morgan territory. I'll take that. Thanks. See you Saturday 9-11?
Everyone was out of town this weekend, but it turned out ok. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
It was great and wonderful to meet more members. Lots of nice cars, too. Tony did a great job. And it was not too hot! Sorry I could not make lunch. We'll do it again. Came back through Highland Road and was 2nd car behind a bicyclist hit by a Pick-up truck 1/2 mile in from Tassajara! Don't know how bad cyclist was but he was life flight air lifted to John Muir. Pick-up was impounded and towed by CHP and the hispanic driver and his passenger were taken into custody. I think the truck was uninsured. Delayed our return about 45 minutes. Other than that, David I took Dalton which ultimately turned into Hartford which ended up on S. Livermore Road. Much shorter way. I'll take this next time.
Greg - It was a great pleasure meeting you & your wife this morning, we will be at the same place every saturday morning. Hope to see you both again soon. Nice Blue 360 Tony Image Unavailable, Please Login
Had a great time having coffee w/ everyone yesterday and making new friends. Even the short (very short) drive to Discovery Bay was enjoyable. The weather was good, and everyone seemed to be in great spirits. Always good to see Greg and his wife Roz as well. The 360 is beautiful up close and personal! Then again, they all looked fantastic. Can't wait to do it again...Tony we all really appreciate you bringing us all together. Sorry I couldn't make Lunch-my 8 daughter year old was dying to get out on the boat. Next time for sure. Let's keep this up. Dave aka; Fyrrari
