    Hello Ferrari Chat,
What have you paid to replace the clutch on an F430 manual transmission with new genuine Ferrari parts?
    Thank you!

Price the clutch kit from Ricambi or what ever supplier you use.. then figure about 12-15 hours labor..oil and filter change..might as well change the gear oil.

    Total up your parts
    Your selected shops hourly rate
    There is your approximate cost..

I don’t know what a major for a f430 is, but my most recent included oil, coolant, gear and brake fluid, filters, belt, spark plugs, around $2800.

this is approximate, since labor for a bunch of other stuff was lumped together

Out of interest how many miles on the car? I plan on my manual clutch lasting forever. My dealer agreed. I hardly even slip it on take off.
    Oh and $18k is ridiculous.

wow that’s surprising. Any slippage? Mine has 12k miles, hopefully it lasts. I’m very light on my clutch, but u never know how the previous owners drove it for the first 10k miles…

Wow mine has double that and is fine. My old 360F1 did double that too. Maybe a previous owner was a drag racer.

The clutch on my manual 360 is slipping after I shift, at "high" torque demand. I'll be using the kit from Ricambi (Fchat code not currently working) and I'm figuring another $5k for install and annual service. So budgeting about $8k all in.

Call me tomorrow at Ricambi. That'll probably be the best approach. My VPN and connections from home this weekend are hot mess. :(

Mine was done a few weeks ago along with an EAG manual conversion by a local SF Bay Area shop. Full clutch assembly replacement with all genuine Ferrari parts, about $12k. All told, $47k for EAG parts, clutch, mounts, replace brake rotors and pads, special conversion rotors since I swapped out heavily worn carbon ceramics (which I kept for next owner), a service, add a few exhaust bits, detailing.

My 360 did approx 22K miles before needing a clutch....actually the slave cylinder was leaking but getting there we replaced the clutch too. now at 47K miles...still strong and no slipping.
