    Anyone that know a source for the oil seals in the clutch master- and slave cylinder for the 512BBi ?

    just go to a hydraulic specialist who is rapairing brake cylinders. if he is good he has such parts in stock, normal sizes, nothing special ( was told to me when I needed about 7 years ago )

    Slave : Seems the same as for mondial

    Ferrari Part #111275


    Fits: Ferrari 512 BB, 512 BBi, Mondial 3.0 QV (1984), Mondial 3.2 QV (1987), Mondial 8 (1981)

    #111275: Seal ring
    Those 3 seals (donut inclusief) you can find at http://redbaycars.com/remanufactured/ferrari parts.html

    but master has other number....if you have the diameter we can compare if those are the same as for mondial.
    seems also to fit mondial and tr.

    Thank you both. Prefer to get my hands involved, so I will take the troublesome and sometime more expensive, but funnier route of repairing it myself. Hence need to dismantle the cylinders, measure the dimension, order the seals via Guido's link above and hope they fit. I will be back with an update later.

    Hi, Peter,

    External diameter new seal is 17.7 mm for donut and seal with lip...so that fits.
    For the slave seal 22 mm. Dont forget it has to be a little bit more new than used !
    I do use them myself on my mondial. The slave seal I change evey 2 years (a 20 minit job) to avoid moisture inside the slave cilinder.
    For the master its more a pain in the .... Those (donut+seal with lip) seals are 4 years in the master and they work great.
