Cleaning baked in dust under convertible soft top

    I have a 360 and realized that a lot of dirt has accumulates on the painted surface right under where the convertible top folds.

    When I wash the car this area does not get cleaned as it's covered by the soft top...and when I have the top down I can't liberally spray it with water.

    Any thoughts on how best to clean without putting in scratches in the paint?
