    Funny you mention Braciami ancora as I watch his videos as well!

    Steak was transferred to a “hot plate” (a preheated cast iron pan) as my wife prefers medium rare and finished with salt flakes, sans olive oil though! [emoji16]

    This guy is a meat freak. I wonder who his cardiologist is. His shows are super informative if you understand Italian, Which I do. He has some great looking meat products on his site. I doubt they would ship here though.

    It should grill though? But $220 bux. 30bux a Lb . Im derailing my thread and its not a Chianina LOL , But I would like to try this after the holidays. I would need like 8 People to come bye though. Holy crap what a Beauty

    $30/lb for a top end steak is not a bad price. I'd do it low and slow in the oven until it hit rare on internal temp, then sear it over wood/charcoal to finish it off...T
