    Wonder when he'll end up in F1. Runner up to Verstappen in karting, GP3 champion last year but especially now, first year in F2 and he's been so, so impressive, tire management is excellent, his overtaking skill is extremely impressive. An exciting driver with a great future IMO.

    Question is, how will he get into F1? Surely with his form that's inevitable. With Sauber going from Ferrari to Honda engines, that's a big blow actually. Toro Rosso will be Gasly. Magnussen has been performing finally so what if the Haas team stays closed...

    His run from the back of the field to win in Bahrain was absolutely inspired. I am really looking forward to seeing if he can adapt to F1 machinery. I don't see why not. This kid is the real deal.

    Hell of a run at Silverstone this past weekend, too!

    Huge oil leak, smoke billowing everywhere, sees it on the TV monitor and radios the team to see whether or not he should be worried, left hand side mirror flies off the car in the middle of the straight...

    So what does he do with that? Why, win the race of course. What else?

    i haven't been folowing junior drivers ever since Jules and Da Costa but this one seems to be pretty good, it would be great to have an exciting driver at Ferrari, since Alesi i've been missing that, maybe he could be it.

    Watched him at Silverstone. His performance was absolutely brilliant. I was contemplating the same thing... how does he get a ride with a decent team? I can't wait to follow his career.

    And for those that haven't been following, the "Je T'Aime Papa" on his helmet is in memory of his father that passed earlier this season. So even with that going on in his life...

    I guess he knows how to focus.

    Ferrari is having him test alongside Kimi. They probably want to get a feel for the kid's potential. I know this is too much to ask but it would be great if they put a rookie in the car for once, as a #2 to a more experienced driver like Vettel. Probably never going to happen but....

    Well he finished 4th! Absolutely stunning race once again from him, a little bit of luck later on but my goodness...what a race again.

    I reckon a big penalty coming to the leader for causing a big collision, so he might even end up 3rd!

    Absolute no brainer, 100%

    Finished 4th again, after gearbox issues in the last stage, managed to defend despite not able to use lower than 3rd and slow upshift
