I can't believe this car hasn't sold yet. I was up there on Friday and the car looks great. I think the price is too low. Amazing car. 1997 Ferrari 355 Challenge Race Car for $129,900 in Woodbridge | autoTRADER.ca
That equals to EUR 157.000,00 incl. freight, tax, vat etc. if being exported to Germany, for example. Seems to have all the right bits & pieces & low mileage.
Not sure about Canada, this time of year in the US markets get soft. I have my eye on a couple 430 Ch that I am waiting on a better value. Almost there.
The prices Ive seen here and many posted by you show these cars selling for a lot more. This car is a steal compared to many other prices I have seen here or abroad.

I've been considering switching to a 430 Challenge car or my tracking, but want to be able to drive it to the track and back. Shopping and street, not so much. Does anyone know what would be the issues in trying to license it in Florida where there is no mechanical or eco testing? I'm assuming the fact there is no title might be fun, but not sure how it would be any different from licensing a Frankenstein car made out of multiple donors. IIRC, they do have a VIN.
What I'm saying is that the car in Toronto is a steal compared to the sold and asking prices around the world.
Yes, I see it all the time when Im in there. If anyone needs any specific pictures, I can take them for you. The engine out was done and the car runs perfect. As for taxes, I don't know what you mean.

If this is the car reviewed on YouTube last week, then it was mentioned a price of $165k. Looks beautiful. Great photos. Robb
This brings back the difference in price- even though the 355 Challenge and 993 GT's started at the same grid back in 1995. Better never sell the 355 I guess...?!? https://www.rmsothebys.com/en/auctions/LF16/London/lots/r187-1995-porsche-911-gt2/384593

Really good question. That would be here in the USA 1994-348 CH and 1995-355 CH cars. I hold both currently with plates and legal here in California. I know lots of folks will be guessing mainly because not many have been for sale on the open market. I know of a few trades that involved significant cars as part of the deal, no outright cash deals I have seen. Seems you need something cool to trade cash is not enough. If is becoming extremely rare to find an "original true USA titled car" with a historic past. Everyone I know is holding or looking to complete their collection. I do plan on moving a car perhaps next year if the right deal comes along. I like real old Ferrari's any shape as long as complete.
