Those look an awful like New Orleans beads holding up your bling. And for sure I don't want to know how you got them.
lol clyde. It was all the ghetto store had. It was hillarious. I have to take a picture of that shirt. It has PIMP spelled out in huge letters and in each letter there is a different design (bently, cash, girls, etc)
i raced 50 cent on the henry hudson parkway a couple weeks ago. he was in the chrome murcielago and i was driving noah's gallardo spyder. the race went for a couple miles starting at about 158th st and going all the way down to the light at 56th st. not a bad last day of work, right noha?
didnt he get arrested after driving that car through the city like an ****** and then refuse to get out?
not on that day. he got arrested like 2 weeks before this incident. the car looks amazing in person. it's not like '59 cadillac chrome, more like the dull chrome you'd find on a stock set of murci roadster wheels. but it looks extremely bad ass.
Saw Penn of Penn n Teller coming out of the hotel / restaurant where we are working. I got a pic of him but he was not too happy.
Not sure these qualify as "celebrities", but saw Regis and "Borat" filming a segment on a corner today...
he definitely knows how to drive at least well enough to go 140 on the henry hudson without wrecking, at first he was in front for a little while, then i was out in front for a while, there wasn't a clear cut winner, although i was the first one to the light at 56th st.
Hmmm... Ok, so this is one that VERY few of you will probably recognize or even care about. The guy in the wheelchair I'm standing next to is Chuck Close... (Anyone, anyone...? Ok, he is one of "the" major important contemporary artists in the world... Painter and photographer...) Ok, now you can call me a geek. Can't help it. Card-carrying art-nut here. I dont know the guy in the chair, but i recognize the guy to his left. I've seen that guy before but I cant remember where. Oh yeah: COPS: Warren, NJ. Hes a real arch-criminal.
From a Website: "On 7 December 1988, at a ceremony in New York to honour local artists, Chuck was about to present a prize when he felt an intense pain in his back. By the time he had staggered off the podium, the pain had spread into his chest and down his arms. He walked across the road to the Beth Israel Medical Center, where he lay down and suffered a 20-minute seizure. In the previous months, he had been plagued by memory lapses and odd feelings of blankness, but this was much more serious: a collapsed spinal artery. For a time, Chuck was paralysed from the shoulders down. He can now move his arms and, with some effort, his hands, but his fingers remain immobile. He paints with a brush attached by a harness to his wrist, and uses foot pedals to move his 9ft sq canvases up and down through a long slit in the floor so he is always at eye level with what he is painting." Incidentally, in researching this I just found out that one of his early portraits recently sold at Sotheby's for around $4.8 million. Wow... Ha ha... Yeah. I don't look like a bada$$, but I am a bada$$... Lol...
