    and i thought our cars and coffees were badass here in houston ! all we ever get are koenigseggs, LaF's, 918's, P1's, huyara's, and other pedestrian dreck !

    Wow... you don't see a Scripps-Booth every day... beautiful.
    Remember my grandfather talking about them...
    They were absorbed by Chevrolet and disappeared.

    Can't imagine there are many still around.

    Same Scripps as the newspaper family; still exists.

    What's cool is the owner is part of the Scripps family. It's a 1916 and he drove it to the gathering like any other car.

    Sure beats the local one here with an 82 Cougar, two Chevette Diesels, a VW Dasher hatchback and an Austin Marina GT. Word is someone has a garage find Peugeot 405 DL. ;).
