    We had a good turnout today. The leaves are changing and the colors of some of the cars out there reflected that. We had one Ferrari today (430 Scuderia) and a Beautiful "Oldschool" Nissan 300Z. :)

    We had some people stop by for the Amish Country driving tour (several Lotus, Vipers and GT-R's). We're glad they were able to stop by. Hopefully we can have them come back out another day?!?

    I overheard the owner say that his 997 was pretty light weight. The wheels added more weight, but it was something he could live with because he really liked those rims.

    That was my number one dream car when I was a kid!

    I remember riding in our friend's '68 Toronado, but that was the year it got redesigned and lost the classic-looking front end.

    Did you go to Fairlakes on Sunday? If not, please try to make it out this Sunday! Would love to see the Toronado OR the Ferrari. :D

    Did you go to Fairlakes on Sunday? Any pics?


    As I mentioned before, I was not able to make it out on Sunday because I was attending one of the FCA-MAR's last events of the season - the Maryland Fall Colors Tour.

    It was a beautiful drive which started in Annapolis and went over to the Eastern Shore. We ended it at the house of a fellow FCA-MAR member. We had 30 cars, 3 of which were BBi's!!! Everyone had a great time!

    Yes, that's Bob's car. A replica of a '58 Lister Jaguar. He made it himself. He's one of the organizer's of the Fairlakes show and is usually there. If you show up this Sunday (and bring your Ferrari :D) look me up and I'll introduce you!

    Last Sunday did get off to a chilly start - 36F feels a bit brisk in an open car without heat! We did have a nice group and quite a few new comers. Here are some pics from last week (not up to Bill's standards but its the best i have!)

    Well, the weather for Sunday looks anywhere from "iffy" to downright crappy but Monday is looking pretty nice! So, we are having a Fairlakes C & C "holiday edition" event! If Sunday is nasty or you can't make it for any reason, come out on Monday morning, same time, same place to start the holiday! If Sunday turns out to be nice, come out both days!

    well, 65 F to 70 F, bright and sunny...can't be much better than that! hope you will come and join us this Sunday. We have been getting over 100 cars the past few weekend with lots of variety. There were still cars in the lot at noon!
