Does anyone know how to shine up the carbon fiber as it fades in areas like under the car or in less exposed spots?

Is it yellowing internally as most do over time?,or are you describing the surface having oxidation of some sort that may rub off with mild polishing compound?

Surface Oxidation can be fixed easily. If it's yellowed or bubblings, then you're screwed. You have to take it down to the weave and re-coat it. I had to do this with my air boxes. It took hours and hours and was PIA.

Wet sand then polish, and get it PPF covered.
