    Say, when is the car show at Tannehill that people have gone to in the past scheduled? Could not find it on their web site.

    It's just the location that has changed.

    Would love to see you and Cheryl. Diana is in England visiting family but would enjoy catching an early dinner or glass of wine somewhere after the show if you have the time. Last weekend's show as treacherous out in a big parking lot with no shade. I think this will be a little better.

    How sad, two guys, wives out of town and can't get into serious trouble. What happened to pedal to the metal, paint the town red and go for broke attitude? LOL, I guess we all grow up sometime.

    I will get there whenever it opens - since I have no idea where I am going, and the directions are not great - I'll be like the proverbial old fart and get there an hour early.

    It appears by the registration form they have no L car class so fi it makes it I will try to bring my elusive mondial. Never been to one of these things, is this for display or show or what? I have vintage bugs on the front of this car do I need to remove them or can I bring them? WHat time do you have to show up for this event or can you arrive at any time and get in?

    Bring the bugs and a sixer and everything should be fine.

    Seriously though. I plan to leave Tuscaloosa around 9AM, arrive around 10AM clean off the bugs for 30 minutes and look at the cars.

    Registration is from 9-12, 12-1 is voting, with awards from 2-3. If you want to bring the bugs, I think they have a 1st in class bug award.................VW that is. (very bad joke)

    WHAT'S WRONG WITH THE MONDIAL?

    Maybe they want to cruise over with the top down and enjoy this 70 degree weather, and have lots of room to bring chairs, cooler, kitchen sink, etc. Try that in the TR.

    I can go in the morning, but I've got to leave by lunch time. Branko, if you want to go there early then swing by my place and we'll drive in together since the directions are a bit vague (Valleydale to Helena!).

    Roy and Cosgrove, swing by here at 8 AM and I'll drive in with y'all.

    I'm afraid that Mike and I are going to be competing for the "Most bugs on Ferrari" award, but hey, at least we'll be there. I never claimed to have a show car, anyway.

    Like last time, I have some presents for everyone (I'm sensing a trend).
