Car condos in Orange County

Have you looked at Crevier Classic Car? They do car storage and also have different tiers of service for storage. Nice place to just hang out when you have nothing to do.

Have you looked into renting or buying a small building in an industrial area? That would give you complete privacy allowing you to come and go as you please. You could also set up a workshop / man cave there too. As your collection grows you will have the space.

 

Another lesser expensive option would be a storage facility. They have units large enough to house a car or two. This is no the cleanest place but it will cost less.

I have been kicking the idea with another F car buddy of mine to buy a place and create exactly what you are looking for as we too need parking spaces. Creating OC club will be ideal.

A bit "downscale" from Crevier, but price is right.....One of the owners is an EXCELLENT detailer too (he did a bunch of cars at the Concours in Monterey this year)....

Count me in if anyone wants to start a more upscale "club/storage/man cave" type of storage deal in OC?? Definite shortage of this type of space in OC...seems like a no brainer money maker to me??....if only I had more time....

Where are you guys located? I am in Placentia.

 

Please contact me if you are interested in a set of shared spaces. I am figuring two 1800sf units side by side, but separated completely. One for clean storage, and the other for wrenching, etc.
Please know the financial implications up front. Signature on a lease, share of: security deposit and monthly rent, CAMS, insurance, and utilities. I would like the place to have internet access and central station remote alarm monitoring. Maybe a set of lifts. 2 & 4 post. I have been finding rates in my area of about 1500.00 per unit per month.

As to the area, my thoughts are first: safety, second: low curbs, third: proximately to fuel and snacks, fourth: outdoor parking spaces.

Might be worthwhile to start an LLP.

 

I am interested, at least one space, maybe 2.
Located in Riverside but game for OC and SD area.

A lift would be great, I was looking at getting one myself, stack cars and maintenance
at my own house, but if a co op can be set up and share all that, would be great.
