This is a pretty regular question and the advice rarely changes: you cannot get a Monroe reprint (or similar) for pricing but your local dealer or FNA might give you a printout of the original spec

I called FoNA shortly after purchasing my 2005 F430 in September 2016 and they were able to email me a build sheet and a separate price list for all build specs/options. From that, I was able to reproduce the "window sticker" with the correct MSRP. There is another thread around here with a couple template options, including the one I made.

You can also get the car specs and options installed by going to the Ferrari website, signing up and entering the VIN. I found that over the years previous owners changed the color of the calipers (yellow to red) and swapped out ball polished wheels for silver.

I emailed F Customer Service for info about my pre-owned modena..... they were very polite, and advised that this information is not available to 2nd hand buyers....... and suggested I contact the seller of my car for this information...... and that any add'l info be sourced from my local dealer ;)

they were very polite in this response.

too bad there is not independent marti type report for such a low production auto ?.

I suppose FoNA has a different approach if one routinely throws millions of dollars their way from time to time. Otherwise, we second hand buyers of their vehicles are SOL

I collect old small run guitars from some obscure builders..... and they love it when you ask about an old model..... they share the build sheet, order books, specs etc..... it keeps the fire alive IMHO...... would love to see the same for these pre-owned hand made cars........ do the records not exist?...... lost in a fire, or thrown out every 5 yrs? I would think they would have records for land mark f cars from the 50's.......

has anyone tried to track down the Orig Owner via carfax........ and go that route? I presume orig owner can request this from the F mothership with success.......

Any dealer can use MODIS to print either a build sheet (with assembly number) or an option list. Both will have all the options fitted plus colors of trim, etc. From that and other Monroneys, you can figure out your MSRP.

So the only way to check if a used car actually came in the configuration as it’s being sold is ask the local dealer or 100% trust the seller?

Seconding the recommendation for this place: https://monroneylabels.com/

There are other sites as well. Accurately listed the options on my Nissan at the time, but I don't know if that extends to brands like Ferrari.

No Ferrari listed on Monroney and they state:
    All Other Brands
All other brands will produce a non-VIN-specific window sticker if the vehicle was manufactured after 1981. Completion of the window sticker will require a manual inspection of the vehicle.”

I’m trying to vet factory options on cars for sale without having to buy a label for each VIN; which would seem to be missing info anyway unless I provide the info to Monroney.

Inspecting the vehicle defeats the purpose of determining if the options are factory original as presented.

To complicate matters I’m looking at a European VIN!

For example for Mercedes there is https://mb.vin/ that shows everything including PO# and every single option

@I.T. Guy - you can always do what I did, as well as many others. That is, contact your nearest Ferrari dealership and speak with a Sales or Service Manager. If you give them your VIN, they will be able to send you a "build sheet", which includes prices at the time of sale.

    Regards,
    Dale

Build sheets do not contain prices and neither do the option sheets. You have to get that from other Monroneys from a similar time period unless the dealer has an old price sheet.

I took my car in for the brake cap recall, and then asked my service advisor for my original sticker. He emailed me a copy, and now I know my coupe's options and MSRP.

Well, the service manager called whatever he gave me the "build sheet" and it has the prices. It matched up to my car exactly. It even says "build specification" at the top.

I just want to check options. I don’t care about printing door stickers.

Like sport seats - added after or factory installed?

Seriously no way to check without access to the dealer to look up?

I noticed if you register your car on the My Ferrari app it will show the factory options the car has.

Use the My Ferrari app and register the car on there...it might not accept if you are not the registered owner though. It accurately shows all the options on my car are correct.

I tried the “My Ferrari” but that won’t work by just punching in a VIN.

I guess I next step is calling a dealer and see how far I get with trying to lookup factory options. I doubt they will assist, worth a shot I guess.

I’m surprised this is so difficult!
