    Porsche build optional versions with NA engine without turbo, can Ferrari do the same? or it's impossible due production costs and emission standards? Maybe Ferrari can't do this because for example if there will be Portofino with NA engine almost no one buy turbo version?

    The 911 is all turbo now, it's going the other way around. The GTC4 lets you choose between an NA12 and T8. There is no alternate engine configuration for the Portofino.
