California T front camera

    The front camera on my California T was damaged in shipping, so I'm trying to get it replaced. (The selling dealer has promised to cover this, but has not followed through yet.) My local dealer says the part alone is $3,000. Yesterday I was walking by my Chrysler Pacifica minivan and I noticed that the camera looks almost exactly the same.

    Is there something special about the Ferrari front camera or is it just the F-Car tax? I wonder if a more modern camera with better resolution could be fitted in its place for less than $3k.

    Depending on the age, it may very be a Chrysler part under the fancy packaging...T

    Fortunately, the dealer was able to source a camera from Ferrari so it will be installed this week. Thanks for the offer!

    This is the Ferrari tax. The stereo in the Cali T is a Chrysler part with a MSRP of 800$ sold by ferrari for about 15.000$
