Is there any such DIY thread?
I plan on doing this soon and all I really need is a starting point to set the springs initially for final adjustment/corner balancing. I am thinking a measurement from the bottom jam not on the shock to the bottom of the threads on the shock.

The California WSM has procedures for removing the shock/spring and setting up the suspension, but only has settings for standard shocks or optional magneride shocks. Nothing on recommended settings provided by Novitec?

With Novitec springs, it will lower the car just replacing the springs. There is no need to disturb the original adjustment setting. However, you will need a very good spring compressor to remove the original springs. They are under a lot of preload. Pay close attention to how the threaded collar, nut, washer and spacer fit. I have gone behind more than one spring change that was assembled wrong.

    1) When I got springs for my Portofino,Novitec was no help at all. Novitec couldn't even tell me how much their springs would lower the car with no adjustments.
    2) Ride height is adjustable with the base/non-Magneride suspension. See my thread "Lowering a Portofino".
