Funny. 22349(b) is an infraction, not a misdemeanor as checked.

Yeah, I just don't see this 23 year old Bugatti owner avoiding jail for a 200+mph violation...just not believing this one.

This guy also likes to post half naked shirtless pics of himself...kinda creepy & ghey if u ask me.

I think this guy is going to try and launch a new website in the next month, and this is a viral campaign.

I think so too. none of it makes sense...track speeds on a residential street (in Orange County no less), no criminal charges, no records beyond a (photoshopped) ticket.

Hmm... Gonna have to doubt this one went down with only a ticket as others have said.

If it's a fake, he's an attention whore. AKA.. loser

    If it's real, he's a menace. AKA ... loser.

Seem to me he gets the big "L" either way.

Yes, that is the only record found in Orange County under that name.

Anything else would have been in the system.

Even assuming he was in fact ticketed, it would be likely that he was done for 101. Before taking the photo he crossed that last 1 and added a 2.

Definate Fake! I am a bit of a hand-writing expert (don't ask how) and I can tell you that at least two people (possibly more) filled
out that ticket. Character strokes do not match. In certain areas, it appears to be the writing of a right-hander, and in others, a
    lefty!

I believe that he got a ticket, but that's all I believe!

No chance of that-any Chip that handed that 215 to a supervisor without an in-custody, would be very unhappy indeed.

The "2" in 210+ mph and the "2" in the year of the court date "2009" do not match.

But the "2" in 210+ does match the "2" in the body style # of "2D" and the multiple "2's" of the infraction code.

    Good point.

Perhaps a better one is that the first '2' in the infraction code is the '2' that has been cloned to alter the speed - they are the identical.

Google his name you can find a bunch of press releases, and photos that look like they were taken by the press while he is out jogging, or walking and talking on his cell phone. His blog calls himself "Entrepreneur, Innovator, and Technologist"

http://www.odegardmedia.com/ the site sazy it is down because it is overloaded with traffic and to check back in 66 min. ummm ok...

I went on his flicker and it shows him with his Silver Infinity G35 I wonder if Infinity was replaced with Bugatti

    What a douc h e.

Good detective work. Maybe "Top Gear" could have used your skills for their last episode as they talked about and actually believed it was real.

    Now that's owned!

But since he admitted to the offense, would be pretty funny if Cali tried to collect the fine anyway
