From what I've seen, that combo is pretty common. I don't like it but if you look at what's been delivered the white with red and black interior is pretty popular. Perhaps the dealer gave him the info on what people are picking. White seems popular as well. If you are really going to flip, you would say red with black and tan interior.
If I were to pick the perfect flip car it would be Red or white with black or black and tan interior, 2LT, standard wheels, Z51 option, no front lift, no mag ride. That would run you about $68K plus taxes. My understanding is that the average MSRP price is about 75K now.
I have to compliment Chevy is moving more and more (since the C7) into customer ordered cars instead of dealer supplied cars. Individuals are far more creative. Dealers just want the easy sale.
Got my outdoor car cover for my C8 today, its really well made. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
TrackDay posted a nice C8 video. C8 sounds incredible with the Fabspeed exhaust. Looks better too! Gonna leave this right here .
Posted this wheel earlier. Still looks cool, IMO. https://www.corvetteblogger.com/2020/04/29/pics-black-2020-corvette-rides-on-vossen-evo5-r-custom-wheels/?fbclid=IwAR1XnFspV8QDfTE3H1A7vnJrJvfj-nsvt9PSdyDTAYYd1dUbPsVOAq8x220
IMHO, these are the two best looking wheels of all time (so far): Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
True dat! My BBS's of the time had black centers for that exact reason. I don't think I ever cleaned them and if Vince is reading he would say...yup...carl doesn't clean anything.
Image Unavailable, Please Login In my previous life as a car designer, our mantra was 'choosing a wheel for a car is like choosing a tie for a suit '(when they were actually worn!). No right & wrong answers, just different answers. The Pontiac 'Honeycomb' wheel and the 288 GTO wheel were quite attractive as well IMO. The BBS wheel was actually 'lifted' from the original GM Chaparral race car design. I believe Larry Shinoda was the original designer of the Chaparral/BBS wheel design. But wheels are such a personal choice. Don't get me started on black wheels. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login View attachment 2933844 Image Unavailable, Please Login
Another 'wheel design theory/premise' : complex wheels on simple body designs.....simple wheels on complex body designs but remember the ultimate rule: 'the only rule is there aren't any rules' you choose..
i like the borranis on the Daytona for its classic look and connection to the earlier cars and cromodoras ONLY for the Boxer.( there is a Boxer in that picture)

In bright sunlight, it looks like a pearl white. In shadow, it looks like a flat, light grey. Astonishing how much it changes. Not sure it’s captured in these pics. I’m not normally a wrap kind of guy, but yes, wrapped roof, side skirt and front blades.
Wow, looking for things to do in this stay at home environment, went to the Build Your Own Vette website. Here is that build, Ceramic Matrix. Can't wait to see one up close and personal. You made a good choice. Image Unavailable, Please Login
