Tesrarossa from Paris. Probably 1986. Old Bentley from Stockholm and, from what I was told, a Renault R300 Turbo Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
How cool would that be if that 308 owner was on this site and saw that. Anyone have a clue who he is?
Happy Friday! Here are some more pics! More of the park photoshoot... tou will note the old 308 GTSI plate on the back of the Countach still..heh. Black Countach was our friends...they still own it I believe. Last two pictures are from Los Angeles at Santa Monica Sports Cars in the late 80s. Enjoy! Back in the '90s, when I bought my first Ferrari, I used to see so many cool exotic cars. I remember taking a 512 BBi boxer I just got and was chasing an F40 and Daytona on the back roads of Chapel Hill (NC) at one of the club events. Now most of these cars are just rotting away in people's "investment collections". Just sad.
This thread is so full of win. My God, especially some of the Newport Imports shots, I spent plenty a time drooling there.
Targa Countach! Is that one of these conversions? http://www.lambocars.com/countach/countach_ss_mardikian.html
I am pretty sure was at that dealership 1980, remember seeing a BB being reversed in through the gate, at that time just seing one in the metal and with motor running was something mythical.
I think those in Armen's pics are kids' toys, Ryan. Armen, spectacular pics. That's super cool. Someone needs to combine this thread with Augustine's similar thread from a few years ago.

Hi everyone... Here's a new post. Sadly my father passed away a few weeks ago, same evening as my previous post with his 308 video. Anyhow I wanted to keep sharing some more photos and will hopefully get some other videos up in the future as well. Apologies if some of these are reposts I have so many photos I am forgetting which I have uploaded already. First a 512BB for sale back in LA in the 80s. Then a pretty unique brown colored Countach back at one of the Italian Happening shows (I have a few more photos of this car). Then Countach with crazy wing in front. And finally my Dad's old Countach with my brothers in it at the show. Michael, I'm sorry to hear about your dad. Although we didn't know him personally, I think that from these great photos you've shared with us, I feel like we got a wonderful look at who he was. I think it's safe to say that your dad was one of the few who could say that he really lived. This thread will keep his memory going for a long time.
Michael, I'm sorry for the loss of your father but glad he obviously had a great life. Thanks for posting these pics, it's wonderful to see a real family enjoying the 'car life' together.
