    Thanks for the link..that pretty much sums up what most peeps seem to think for now,so long as we dont descend into unknown territory in the next couple of months due to things like the Turkey attack etc spreading around the world.

    Interest rates globally look like being low ,for some time into the future and there is still a lot of cash floating around looking for a home.

    All the wailing and nashing of teeth is quite amusing. Almost no change as a result of this. UK and rest of the world was likely slipping into a resession before this vote anyway. net results is that the UK will have one.

    Also likely that the BOE cuts interest rates and the fed won't raise this year so the wold moves towards zero rates. In some places negative. That is generally good for assets. So asset inflation continues for another 3 - 5 years. Yes it will end badly when it ends. But until then it will keep going up

    If interest rates keep on going where they are now, soon you might actually receive money if you take out a loan to finance that Ferrari... now that would be a new game in town.
