Borat the Movie

Can't wait to see this movie...Been a fan for years....My buddy saw him in character as Borat a couple years ago on the subway - reading a Hustler Magazine in open view..

 

Saw the movie a few months ago with a test audience. One of the funniest movies I have ever seen-go see it at any cost!

You'll laugh yourself sick, I swear.

I also saw it months ago in a test screening. Funniest movie of the year, by far. Be ready to piss yourself.

 

I almost walked out of the theatre...

...because I thought I was going to vomit from laughing so much.

 

Had to see it again, just came back from the theatre. What a blast it is.
The gay scene is alittle too much, but overall its one of the funniest movies I've ever seen.. Itsa aniccceeee!

 

Saw it over the weekend. It is extremely funny, just like his HBO show with ten times the punch. What's even better is the surgically-precise satire that would make Jonathan Swift proud, aimed at just about everyone and everything. A few scenes are very disturbing relative to what is happening in America today, but that's a topic for a different section of this site.

LOL.....saw it 2 days ago.....my stomach still hurts from laughing......

 

I thought it was Funny. It does not live up to the hype, but then, nothing could.

 

It was ok. It was not what I would call a "funny movie." If the whole thing had been the interviews, it would have been amazing. But the scripted stuff just ruined it IMO. It was basically a movie that had 15-20 minutes of absolutely amazingly hilarious scenes. The problem is that the movie was longer than 20 minutes. Don't get me wrong, I was laughin my ass off for those 20 minutes. But that doesn't it make it a good movie. It makes it an ok movie with some really funny scenes.

 

The most funny movie I have seen in years.

My wife and I laughed nearly the entire time.

 

I thought the movie flat out sucked. It might have been funny if they didn't show the funniest parts in the previews. It had humorous parts, but like zjpj said, what about the other 1hr and 10 min? What did it cost them to make that? 40grand? Probably the biggest wast of $7.50 since I saw Date Movie.

 

I was disappointed overall. The hilarious bits were few and far between.
One line did have me crying with laughter though. He was complaining about his wife back home and says "the first few years were great but ever since she hit fifteen, the vagine hangs like the sleeve of a wizard". LMFAO!!!

 

So i just found out that korky buchek was played by my dad's cousin, i see him all the time...lol
