When I was removing the engine from my 1974 365GT4/2+2 13 years ago I noticed all of the coolant and heater hose clamps were the blue ABA type. The hoses and clamps were quite perished so I assumed they were original. Was my assumption correct or is it possible the vehicle was completely refitted many years previous. The vacuum lines were not of the same type. Anyone out there had ABA's from the factory on their 365's

I would venture a guess those ABA clamps in your car are NOT factory installed.
While Ferrari has been known to use vast array of hardware and parts from variety of suppliers around the globe, this would be first I've heard of factory using Swedish made hardware in 40+ years ago, but stranger things have happened in this world.
