Yes you need the Daemon virtual device manager

Download it from http://www.daemon-tools.cc/dtcc/portal/portal.php then just mount the files you want to play.

Those file formats are variants used to burn an image to disk, similar to an ISO. I am not aware of any manufacturer that released titles based upon those file formats whilst also requiring the existance of a third-party program to run them.

As such, the distribution of such titles in the aforementioned formats leads me to believe that such releases are not wholly (or partially, and not even remotely) endorsed by the developer and/or the publishers of such, and could be construed as being warez in nature. However, I could be wrong, but I doubt it.

At any rate, it is not a difficult task to rip a perfectly valid copy of software, load it with unkown trojans, respin it with a new installer, rattle it of as an .iso or .bin or .cue or whatever and wait for the results to roll in.

Let's also not forget that all anti-virus/trojan programs only spot the known manifestations of such. The great unkown is where the the potential for the greatest damage lies.

But, it's your $35 or $40 or $50 or whatever.

Those are image files to be burned onto CD. Use an application like Nero, select "Burn Image to disc", find & select the .cue file and pop in a blank CD-R and the program will take care of the rest. The result is a fully functional game CD. Do it for the second CD as well.
