Don't know why you would want to jam all the way to the gun, that is a blatant giveaway to the officer that you are jamming... thereby pissing him off which I suppose is ok in a state where they're legal, but not so much here in California. V1 + Laser Interceptor = match made in heaven. Via my own testing with an actual laser gun the Laser Interceptor jams all the way to the gun on a GT-R. Highly recommend it.
It appears we are all happy with what we have. I have looked up all the "objective" test sites and made my determination based on real life comparisons. Absent all of us with different systems getting together under the same conditions, we are talking to ourselves. Best
Pretty sure the jammers in the picture are the Blinder M20. They detect and jam laser guns only. I have them (front only) on a Porsche turbo and I can honestly say I have never been pinged by a cop with a laser gun. I once had it go off half a mile before I came across the cop. Fortunately the Blinder is absolutely legal here.
That is a problem with the V1 when it is in all bogeys mode unfiltered. I have not seen X or K band radar in the tri-state area (NYC area) in years. Cops use laser and Ka. Plus so many cars have blind spot sensors around here that the V1 is worthless since K is always going off. My new E class has the blind spot sensors so I just turned off X and K. Laser, Ka and pop still work.
I had the V1 as well but I put the radar jammers in do to RBK I never would have done it but it works we have radar boxes all over the place as well the the police radar guns its really a great thing to have at the same time they put RBK exhaust switch which is fantastic
