    Hi All,
    Just ordered a new F8 Spider for delivery next May, one of the last V8's
    .
    I currently have a 488 Spider in Rosso Corso
    .
    But looking for something a bit different. / A deep Maroon / Cherry red.
    .
    Happy to pay the £20k option for triple layer.
    .
    Here's what I have found so far , still to view most in the metal.
    .
    1) Rosso Marranello - Very nice, rich , not to dark , best I've see so far.
    2) Rubino - nice but probably a bit too dark, still to view
    3) Magma - nice (yes I know its a Maserati colour but thats cool) , not seen it in the metal yet
    4) Fioranno - too dark
    5) Mugello - not keen
    6) Rosso TRS - nice but a bit similar to Corso
    7) Coburn - looks lovely but need to see it.

    I welcome any other suggestions.

    Leaving shortly with a friend to check out his just delivered F8 Spider in Rosso Portofino. Photos of the car unprepped and just coming off of the delivery truck look amazing. I'll post a few photos later.

    Hi Nick,

    One thing I must caution is nothing beats seeing it in person. I've seen colors schemes on screen that looked totally different in real life (to me at least.)

    I strongly recommend you compare in real life, also the lighting/environment (what's being reflected) plays a big role too. It's a very difficult thing to gauge on the net'

    Rosso Magma and Fuoco are my favorites on the newer cars.

    Rosso Fiorano for the 355 and 360s.

    Rubino Micalizzato and Rosso Monza on the 599s and 612s.

    As a heads up Rosso coburn paint formula is almost exactly what Mazda uses as their signature color.


    It looks incredible. But... If you want to see coburn... Just go look at the Mazda.

    I went for Rosso Coburn in the end.
    Absolutely no regrets.
    Was delivered into dealership a couple of weeks ago and currently being PPF'd , take delivery in a couple of weeks, cant wait.

    Beautiful pics, I love the dark red colors. Too bad Mr. Swann never returned to post pics of his car.
