    I'm no expert on the stuff but if it's just minor cleaning, I would just use a water dampened microfiber towel after a good vacuuming.

    Saw a write-up on suede/alcantara cleaning just a week or so back on a Tesla site here.
    I have only ever used a dampened washcloth and/or soft-bristled brush on my suede steering wheel. Works well enough without any additional products.

    Sonax Alcantara Cleaner is fantastic - came on the market just this winter and I've had great success with it on client cars...very easy to use as well.

    Don't worry about it: that was 6 years ago in Europe. The product that is here in the US now has zero resemblance to the "xtreme" cleaner those posts there are referencing.

    I've used used the alcantara cleaner I originally mentioned on two 458s, an F430, an R8, and, for what it's worth, a Subaru Impreza...all with great results and no ill effects.

    EDIT: I don't have any affiliations with Sonax or any detailing supply stores - just trying to clear the waters here...
