I know the msrp of an Adpersonam SV coupe, 650,000k roughly fully loaded except the upgraded stereo and has carbon race seats.

From what I remember mine was around $550k base, with options price is tricky because there's a whole slew of options you can get.

How is this car? I think the look is great, but how's the driving?

I wasn't really that impressed with it. Cool car and all, but it feels very old in comparison to say a 458. The hurican is a far superior car. That said, the aventador is perhaps the best and meanest looking lambo since the countach. Simply a spectacular car to behold.

The shifts are smoother compared to the regular Aventador but still break your neck violent. Also the dynamic steering and magneto suspension transform the handling of the car. Only thing I regret is getting the sports bucket seats, your back will start killing after 10 mins of driving. The Huracan is more a daily driver compared to the Aventador because of the dual clutch, day and night difference.

Are you looking to buy one?

Yes, looking to add a car. I ordered the GT3 and RS, but the Aventador is just few levels above, especially the SV (body kits and interior).

    Very nice.

There's a few SV's for sale across Canada but I would stay away from the SV LoV has for sale atm. It was driven hard and in the snow plus the exterior colour isn't the most desirable.

But mostly are way over sticker. Only one silver colour makes sense.

Local high end dealer to me has leased the same aventador roadster 3 times, total milage between the 3 parties is 2k km. It's back in their showroom looking for a fourth. One fellow took his 458 back, and the other wanted his lp640 back. Awesome looking as I said before, but they are unfortunately a pig to drive.

Rule of thumb is stay away from 2012 Aventador's.

Too many issues with the 2012 models like transmission leaks, overheating and slew of other issues plus Lambo has basically stop supporting 2012 models so all factory updates including software upgrades start from 2013+. Also the 2012 had a different suspension setup, it was very stiff compared to the 2013+ models. Some prefer it but I found it very hard.

Good to know. I drool over these but they are out of my price range. Every time I see a 2012 I think maybe but I'll just enjoy what I have for now I think.

Yeah, too expensive, because sellers are looking at autotrader.com instead of .ca. Even factory dealers are thinking the same way now. I went to Merc dealer, the G500 squared priced at 290k. In Europe, the price is between G63 and 65. Here is more than 65. I was expecting somewhere 210k. The sales told me that many people backed off after the price is released.

    Wow,that's beyond ridiculous.

I bought into the hype of the G wagon and purchased a G63 last summer and kept it for 6 months before selling it. It was the worst SUV I'd ever owned. The wind noise, ride quality, performance were all sub par. The only thing this SUV has going for it is it's considered a status symbol hyped up by reality stars and rappers.

I'm not a fan of expensive SUV, and won't buy one even if squared is 200K, was just asking because I was there and doing nothing. But the standard is only 130K, being jacked up with new suspension, new set of huge off road tires, since the tires are wider, then some new fender to make the car wider. Wrangler guys have been doing this forever, and I don't think it costs 160K (more than the standard car) for these stuff. Maybe Mercedes looks at the limited edition cars on sale, and thinks that market is crazy and stupid.

You're right. They use the lowest asking price on autotrader.com then multiply by 1.35. Cars tend to sit awhile
