Union county is very close. Let's make a point to get some other local guys together soon. I'm planning on going next Sunday to Matt Ligotti's event in Staten Island... weather permitting.
Has anyone thought about putting together a Bergen County event? I'm in Saddle River and theres got to be at least 70~ owners in town.
Have you considered the event at Franco Fresco? It's in Montclair on 5t6. I plan on attending, and I hear it's a great event. You can check with Mat Ligotti for details, but you should check soon I understand it's a limited event, and you need to register early.
It's limited to about 50 cars because that is the total number of parking spaces available on that street. The show includes a short police-escorted drive around town. Below is a video of the cars leaving for the escorted drive from the 2016 show, the cars start taking off a little after 2 minutes into the video (not my video):

I am Upper Saddle and there are many events. In fact we have exclusive car club here limited to only 40 cars. Pm if you are interested.

I am not sure yet, it is on 5/5? I know I am doing the charity thing in DE for the children's hospital in the afternoon but nothing for the morning yet. Usually I am more of a going for a drive kind of person. Would be happy to give you my cell, makes it easier to coordinate if the owners in the area ever want to go for a quick drive / hang out, etc.
I hear you guys loud and clear. We don’t have to wait for “my” event. Let’s get together now. We all live in the area. We need a meeting place. I am suggesting The Kings/CVS in the Hills. That works for me. I'd love to get out sooner, rather than later. The weather just doesn't seem to want to cooperate. It looks like we have more snow on the horizon, and we all know what that means... more SALT.

That sounds like a possibility. In just hope the weather holds out for the event. BTW.... I know we are all fans of the prancing horses from Maranello, but do we have any other addicted golfers in this group?
Update from today: "Hi all -- we have gotten a number of questions about Sunday's event given the "iffy" weather forecast. Our hosts at Paul Miller have planned for doing the event rain or shine, so we will be going forward on Sunday. See you all there. Kirk & Abi"
