    Does anyone know the laws around registering in Arkansas from another state that DOES NOT provide titles for older vehicles?

    I'm in CT, and have been asked this question by a potential buyer of the vehicle, who resides in Arkansas.

    In CT we issue titles to vehicles 20 years and newer. Older than 20 years, and a car is sold "on its registration" and a Bill of Sale, as those are the pertaining ownership documents, nothing else.

    Anyone here had any issues or experience buying out of state like this, and successfully registering in Arkansas?

    Had to get a bonded title for my classic car when I moved to Arkansas, the state that I came from did not require a title pre 1973 .Contact dmv in Little Rock they can help you. Good luck
