    there's a guy in holland [name escapes me now] who has been making atlantics for years..at first with fiberglas bodies and later alloy ones..he sells them as replicas-- might be one of his....he has had a t37 for decades.

    i think mr leno might have one of his cars.

    I'm calling fake on this one as well, for many reasons. First, the grille is far too short and the body's fin is ridiculously short. The hood-to-windshield angle doesn't match either...

    It's surely it ! See the wipers up, and the angle of the glass on the door. It's not a Koux, et this car is rebodied since.
