    Andrew,

Some homework for you: here are the serials of the 11 Michelottos" and of the 4 308 Group B that succeeded:

    www.ferraribuy.com/fb/datab/308.htm

You will be able to find additionnal info here (in french)

    http://forumducavallino.nuxit.net/Forum-du-Cavallino/forum_3.php?msg=113570&return=4

So you've got the serials, you've got pictures...BUT I can't tell you exactly how many raced in the Pioneer livery, because I don't know. You can perhaps check with the races they particped, and period pictures?

I have four s/n of genuine* 308 GTB/Ms as seen in recent years with Pioneer livery, but I'm not 100% sure if they all were campained that way:

    20951
    21071
    26713
    31135

    (*so not counting the replicas)

Edit: the above four are in the later Pioneer livery (all blue). There are two in the earlier livery as well (mostly red):

    19913
    20373

Again, don't know if these two are period correct liveries, but they are genuine GTB/Ms.

    Peter,

I'm unable to narrow down the exact cars that did wear the "Pioneer" livery in their racing days, but at least all the cars delivered to Pozzi should have it at one time or another, as Pioneer had a sponsorship agreement with Pozzi (Charles Pozzi in Levallois, suburb of Paris, was the french Ferrari historic importer, for those who don't know...) .
A consequence of this deal was that french Ferraris did have Pioneer tape decks, with a small "cavallino" insigna at the upper left corner of the tape deck.
As far as I know, 20951 and 26713 did indeed race under "Pioneer" livery.

This one is a replica, as discussed on another thread.

Just an example: (pardon the poor quality of the picture) the "Pioneer" tape deck (Model KEH 4060 B) in my 1989 328 GTB, with a small cavallino badge between the "volume" and "tone" controls; correct for a french imported Ferrari...
