Anyone Interested in going to the Detailing Day this Sunday 9/26/04?

lol... u detail your own car bro.. and they aint gonna have the "speed wash" spray we used before! guess you gonna be OUT.

 

It's not a car wash, dude. Matt's hardcore -- and all he does is hardcore.

It's not like Gus where he'll wash up your wheels real fast (and do it great, by the way) OR he'll take all the trim off your ride, clear up the dings, strip it, wax it, seal it, polish it, etc...

Matt's got one trick and it's a GREAT trick. Super nice guy, great service and one hell of a shop. It's worth the trip alone just to see what he's got "lying around". Don't go if you expect a free wash. Do go if you want to learn how to *really* detail your car.

I think Hubert's car can be a demo car, I mean if any car can show drastic change before-N-after by Matt's work, it is gotta be Hubert's

 

i have been to detailing dynamics, its a great shop... very thorough details.
they aint gonna give free washes.

I posted this also in the fun run thread as a end to the day. I hope you know that some of the clear bra stuff on the market gets yellow over time. Ask Hubert he can tell you. Its great of dark colored cars but you have to be careful which brand you use on the lighter color cars. Hope some of the EC crew will show up to the event but be warned that this was also posted on the acura TL forum as well.

This sounds like fun, and I'm always up for learning some new detailing techniques, but how does this work with the Fun Run, also scheduled for that day?

I dont think we can combine, its too far apart. Drive or wax, you'll have to make the call. We usually go party it up after the fun run at some resturant or something
