Anyone heard of Manhattan Motor Sports?

These are VERY competent Porsche and Lambo guys. They are also expert Maserati guys. They are the real deal.

 

Bobby Singh is a class act, has done a lot of bolt on work for us (Manhattan Motorcars) and used to be our shop foreman for 10 years before he opened up his own shop. Great guy and would recommend him highly.

Bobby is not only down to earth but he is a great technician. Smart guy, fair and honest. Do not hestitate to deal with Bobby. Glad to hear he has new digs out in LI -- if your lurking around -- GOOD LUCK BOBBY!!!

 

To my knowledge he is keeping his UES for normal maintenance and will truck any larger jobs out to his Roslyn shop which he just built.

His NYC location is 327 E84th Street between 2nd and 1st if I remember correctly. Keep in mind his NYC location now will just be for general service and quick bold on stuff, if you're looking for heavy modification he will truck your vehicle to his Roslyn address. Give him a ring 212-585-1100.

Heard a lot of great things about Bobby and his shop/practices, was invited to his new Roslyn shop and will def. check it out! Not many people to trust out there now a days!

 

I have known Bobby for over 11 years. I have followed him from his days at Manhattan Motorcars. Big jobs, small jobs, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche, etc. you name it Bobby is certified to do it. Bobby is the only person I would trust to work on my car period.

Bobby is the best technician for automobiles I have ever had the pleasure to work with. His work is immaculate and on time.

Whats the fascination with being against Universal Motorsports???? These guys have always been fair, honest and good to me...... I just don't get it.....

 

I know Manhattan Motorsports, Got ripped off having my 911 engine rebuilt by Bobby Singh at Manhattan Motorsports, he started the job on East 84th street then moved to Roslyn where he had the car for almost a year. Now 1500 miles later smoke and oil coming out of exhaust. Before that pinging and limp mode. The only good experience I had was when Bobby tinted the windows in my Rolls while working for Manhattan Motorcars in NY, at least that lasted.

 

I'm sorry for your problem as I had a problem with another engine builder butchering a race car engine once but I have to ask you a question: How is it that you just joined FChat today and your very first post is bringing a two year old thread back from the dead?

 

I finally got around to setting up my own shop and the first car I brought in was my 911, just so happened I came across a question on Google asking if anyone has heard of Manhattan Motorsports so I signed up and posted my experience. I'm sure others have
had good experiences there but for me after spending $45k it wasn't.

 

The new facility seems very impressive. For those of you from Long Island it is right under the Roslyn Viaduct on the Western shore of the Inlet.

 

I have been going to Bobby since he moved to Roslyn. Worked on three cars for me. You could not find a nicer , competent , or honest guy.
