Anybody Deal With Gary Ruiz?

I was selling a set of 458 GT3 parts to a Gary Ruiz form Stonybrook NY.
He deposited money into a bank account I have and the check bounced.
Luckily I hadn't sent out the parts. Now can't seem to get ahold of him.
Just curious if anybody has gotten scammed by him?
I spent quite a bit of time getting a few of the parts needed from a friend
(for a complete set of parts) then had to return them. Requiring about
5 hours of driving back & forth... for someone who contacted me via this
site to purchase them. Talked to him on the phone and everything... seemed
like a very legit guy. But it took him two bank wires (that never seems to go
through)... then a bounced check, till I just gave up on him and returned a
few of the 458GT3 parts to my friend today (the rest were mine). Just a bit
steamed and perplexed wasting time on a guy I though was legit form talking
to him on the phone.
Someone on this site must know Gary? Know what his deal is? Two failed
bank wires and a bounced check, with no returned phone calls seems a bit
shady to me.
