There aren't a whole lot of people out there with complete in box nes collectors out there. Not easy to come by.

Very cool man. Are you aiming for the entire boxed collection or just that games you desire? I grew up in that era and do want to get an NES someday. I don't play video games very often, but follow quite a few retro youtubers. You might enjoy this if you have a spare 15 minutes; it just popped up today. I sold off 150 or so games 5 years ago, just watched Nintedo Quest in Hulu and thinking about buying some of my favorites to display in my office
At first when I started making more and more money years ago in online poker I began to start buying up things that I enjoyed as a kid. The NES games were just one of the things but instead of just buying the games I tried to make it a little more challenging and start collecting CIB (complete in box) games with manuals and everything, or at least games and boxes. I have about 240ish or so currently out of the 713 total licensed NES games. I don't think I am going for the full collection but bought most of the games I had as a kid that I enjoyed playing to reminisce on my childhood days as a 7-10 year old boy and believe it or not they actually made me happy to play them again. The NES remote is SO SMALL compared to today's remotes - it will blow your mind! lol -Action
Which games would you be looking to buy? Maybe I can sell you some of your favorites so you don't need to look too far! -Action
I recently put my old NES into storage but my favorite games I played on it were "Bubble Bobble" and XciteBike.
One of my most painful memories....Gold Zelda...Finally got the glass shield...my brother saved his game over mine.
I wouldn't consider myself a big collector, but I have some of my favorites. I just sold off Contra Force in excellent condition and I was planning on getting Metal Storm, but it's tough finding a nice copy for a decent price. I have other systems as well such as Sege, N64, Gamecube, and Xbox 360.
Ah very cool - only NES for me. Its too hard to try to collect across multiple systems like that, but a great hobby!
I actually broke out the PS2 over the weekend and played some PS2 and PS1 games. Really didn't play that long, don't enjoy it like I used to.
Sometimes it's fun to break out old systems and play your favorite games.
