I want to get some of my exhaust pipes jet-hotted or covered with some other type of high temperature coating. Can any of you recommend a business in southern WI that does this?

    Thank you,
    Brandon

I had my Dino exhaust headers jet-hot powdercoated a few years ago at:
    Motorsport Powdercoating
    4152 Industrial Court
    Delavan, WI 53115
    Phone: 262-740-2030

I just called them to verify that they are still at that location.
They did an excellent job on my headers. They did a double-coating
on the inside of the pipes. I chose the silver color - it's very bright,
almost like chrome. Still looks the same after 3 years.
Price (then) was very reasonable - under $250 for both sides.
It reduced the engine compartment temperature by more than 50 degrees!

    Highly recommended.

This place is local, does good work with sandblasting and powder coating, though I don't know if they do high temp stuff. In kenosha...

    Really reasonable prices...

Sandblasting is $110/hour or so ($10-15$ for small parts), and 10-20$ to powdercoat small pieces...

I have had them do small bits and pieces from homes I have restored (railings, vents, etc), no problems. I wouldn't guess they do concours work, but really good pricing for industrial/hobbyist type stuff.

    Perhaps they do high temp?
