Another Troll bites the dust!!steve 275 = boxer512 = seb king

    I saw F308Man's post in the Hamman 430 thread and in particular the links to threads started by uber troll Steve275 (see links in item 6 below). Steve275 was the guy who lived in a fantasy world and claimed to have bought a 275GTB/C but was outed by an eagle eyed FChatter. He then went on to claim that he had been duped and was £500k out of pocket.

    Amongst his other yarns was a fairy story about selling his father's much beloved Aston Martin DB4 Zagato. Again he was outed by fellow FChatters who knew the car

    That's the background to this sorry tale...

    This was all before my time on FChat but I started wondering if he had ever made a re-appearance under a different pseudonym.

    My findings were rather interesting and reveal that our dear loveable A+E Consultant, Boxer 512(aka Seb King), is actually Steve275.

    Here's why...

    1) Steve275 and Boxer 512 both post from the same IP address. This is not shared with anybody else

    2) Steve275's last activity before he was banned was on 30th April 2004. Boxer 512 registered on 5th of May 2004

    3) Boxer 512 claims to be called Seb King. In this post where he failed to show for a meet he arranged with the Texan FChatters he reveals his name is actually Stephen and claims this is why he is referred to as Seb. Excuse me but Seb is short for Sebastian. Stephen is often shortened to Steve though...

    4) In this post Boxer 512 claims he's out of the country treating the Tsunami victims. But the post is made from the same IP that all his other posts come from, therefore he never left the country. Steve 275 also posted from "overseas" in this thread using the same IP. So we know that this little trick has been tried before

    5) Both of them claim to own a Boxer 512BB in their profiles

    6) We know from these old threads that Steve275 was interested in classics
    Claimed to have bought a 275 #1

    Boxer 512 also seems to be interested in classics

    There's far too many examples to list but these are representative of his interest in classics

    7) Steve275 was keen on setting up a register of 328 owners. In this post Boxer 512 is an expert on 328 chassis numbers
    Boxer 512 also now claims to have registers on many other models

    8) Steve275 had an interest in Aston Martin DB4 Zagatos. Remember this thread when he said he'd sold what he claimed was his father's car. In this thread he kept going on about a Sanction II car. Now suddenly Boxer 512 is keen on acquiring information re DB4 Zagatos particularly Sanction II cars, with a view to buying one

    9) Boxer 512 can't back up his claims to own a Boxer with any pictures

    10) Claims to be selling his 575 in this thread . But the pictures are taken from an advert on www.autotrader.co.uk for a car which is still for sale. Here's the link to the dealer's advert . Also, in this thread when he told us he'd bought the 575 the car was actually black, not red as in these adverts. He also said his car was manual and was second hand. The car in the advert is F1 and still only has 1 owner showing


    Boxer 512 you are soooooo banned.

    And now for my next investigation I understand that the Baskervilles are having a bit of trouble with a dog...

    Why do people do this? Very sad state of affairs. What annoys me now he gave us the impression that he helped out during the London Bombings-when it looks like that was a fantasy as well :(

    they all get caught out eventually why do these people do this its shocking that we was all praising him for his job and helping out in disaster areas totally shocking

    Outstanding Graham mate, he also claimed he was helping on scene after the London bombings, how sick is this guy, if yer gonna be an arsehole at least do it like me and stevef do......out in the open.

    Well spotted tho Graham, an ip address can tell you so myuch if you know what yer looking for.

    BTW did kirk verdi help you with this investigation.

    I like a laugh and joke but saying he was in the tube bombings helping people out and at the tusami diaster zone he is on sick person yes people like to brag about cars and wealth but this guy is so sick

    Well if Kirk hadn't started his thread then F308Man wouldn't have posted the old links and I would have been none the wiser. So that makes Kirk a hero!
